<h1>Nissan Cars in India</h1> <p>The starting price for a Nissan Magnite is set at Rs. 6 Lakh. Nissan introduces the Magnite in the Compact SUV category in the Indian market. Additionally, Nissan has three forthcoming car models in India, namely the Qashqai, X-Trail, and Juke.</p> <p>Nissan India operates as a subsidiary of the Japanese automotive giant, Nissan Motor Company. The company entered the Indian market in 2005, with the X-Trail being its inaugural product launch in the country.</p> <p>At present, Nissan offers five distinct products in India, including the Micra, Sunny, Kicks, Terrano, and the GT-R. These vehicles are predominantly manufactured locally, with the exception being the GT-R, which is imported as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). In collaboration with Renault, Nissan has established a production facility in Chennai, and the brand also operates a Research and Development (R&amp;D) center in the same region.</p> <p>Furthermore, Nissan is reportedly in the process of introducing the Leaf electric vehicle (EV) to the Indian market. The model has been showcased to potential customers through private previews.
